Feminine Energy: The feminine is a powerful, intuitive energy within all of us—characterized by receptivity, flow, creativity, emotional depth, sensuality, and connection to the body and cycles of life. It's not about gender, but a way of being that's rooted in presence, feeling, and inner wisdom.

Embodiment: Embodiment is the practice of coming fully into the body—feeling and experiencing life from the inside out. It’s about tuning into your physical sensations, emotions, and intuitive knowing so you can live, lead, and express yourself authentically and powerfully.

Energetics: Energetics refers to the subtle energy systems that influence how we feel, connect, and show up in the world—including your aura, chakras, emotional energy, and intuitive frequency.  1:1 Reiki Healing Session FAQs

  • One of the beautiful features of Reiki energy is that it is not limited to a specific time or space. Your certified healer can connect into your energetic field regardless if you are physically present (and we love the amazing response first-time clients have experiencing this!)

  • Bringing a specific intention can be helpful for a session, but not required. You’ll meet via Zoom, so making sure you’re set up to meet with video on (just for the intro portion of the session) is great. Ensure you have a private, comfortable space that you can lay down and be distraction-free during your scheduled time. Often clients like to have pillow(s), a blanket, eye mask, or other supportive items like crystals, journals, etc. Mostly clients like to lay down on a couch or bed, and you’ll be invited to turn your camera off during the actual energy work of the session if that makes you more comfortable.

  • The experience of receiving Reiki energy is different for each person, and often is different each session. Many experience physical sensations like temperature changes, slight tingling, or the feeling of being lighter or expansive in certain areas of the body. It is also common to feel an overall wash of bliss over the body. Most feel a deep relaxation within minutes of beginning a session. We’ve had clients describe feelings of deep love, gratitude, inspiration, clarity, pain release, and many other types of sensations and mental shifts during sessions. Even if you don’t feel a particular sensation during a session, the Reiki energy healing is taking place and you may experience tangible shifts following the session itself as your nervous system adjusts.

  • We love working with clients for multiple sessions! It allows us space and time to create consistent healing within the body and mind, and it teaches your nervous system that it is safe to consistently relax. We offer session packages for those looking to make Reiki energy healing a part of their self care and health routine weekly or monthly to maintain momentum of the benefits.

  • This will vary from person to person, and from session to session. Some benefits you may experience immediately during the session, and others you may see it takes a few sessions to settle in.

  • Your certified Reiki practitioner or Reiki Master is working with the universal life force energy of Reiki and channeling it into your aura, chakra energy system, and physical body. The practitioner uses a combination of sacred Reiki symbols and tools that are passed down, along with their own own intuitive gifts to be able to unlock deeper levels of healing.
